Patties with Lentils and Mushrooms

Patties are a common dish at my home and they rarely spoil because you don't even need to reheat them (but it's worth it, with borscht, even from a packet). Here, they are made with lentils and mushrooms (onion, garlic, you know).

The plus of this filling is that it doesn't leak, which is not always so obvious 馃ぃ The addition of wholemeal flour didn't ruin the dough, but made it less fluffy. Nigella seeds on top are a must, and to have them, you need to brush the patties with an egg before baking (I do it with a spoon of milk, it's somehow more efficient) and sprinkle.
