Perhaps Ramen, Shrimp, Tofu in Polish Panko

I'm not sure if when there's ramen noodles in the soup, does the soup automatically get called ramen? Let's say it does, even though I know there are books dedicated to ramen alone, so it's probably not that simple 馃檪
Tofu, shrimp, egg, mushrooms, broccoli.
Fried, baked, boiled, whatever you like, and then drenched in a broth made from dashi paste, tuna flakes, and seaweed. The tofu was fried in egg and breadcrumbs, and since we're culinarily in Asia, I named this breading 'Polish panko' 馃槑
Plus, such a soup is always reliable - everyone can add to their plate what they want and will eat, and avoid inconvenient things.
