Plum Tart

One day, I'll learn to make tart dough like in the movies, with those perfect edges that roll up, don't sag, and even look even when zoomed in. For now, I roll out a ball of dough into a flat cake, which mercilessly tears, and eventually turns into scraps, which I skillfully join together with my fist into what is known as the base 馃檪. Either way, no one ever complains about my tarts.
The base is filled with a custard mass (basically custard, usually diluted with something, e. g. , butter), and on top, as you can see: plums. It's a classic, but a cool one.
