Broccoli, fish, mushrooms, tofu, broth - everything on a separate burner, marinate the tofu, season the fish, fry the mushrooms. All the tasks are simple but there are many, so it's great if we're making #ramen for several people. 1.

It's worth only slightly undercooking the broccoli, it would be a shame for it to fall apart in the soup, in ramen it's nice when nothing floats at the start. 2. For the base, you know, dashi, or miso - and a few seaweeds (wakame) to the broth if we have them. And if we don't, it will be a fish broth, which is also good 馃檪
