Potato Casserole with Lentils

Potato Casserole with Lentils

I have a potato lover at home who enjoys them in every form, and as a die-hard pasta fan, I sometimes have to give in. However, this doesn't mean I stop experimenting to serve potatoes in a different way every now and then 馃槑
