Ravioli - I guess - in new molds

I received an Instagram-worthy gift from Santa that I finally had to put to use. Ravioli molds, wooden ones, where you apply the dough with a sleeve, cover it with another sheet, and press it with a rolling pin. Interestingly, you can't really buy these in Poland and have to order them from Etsy. The dumplings were filled with tofu and pepper, also smoked (in powder form, I didn't smoke it myself).
Indeed, the appearance is flashy and it's nice to serve someone such a set. But the work is something else. It's fun for two people, but don't try to serve such delicacies for an eight-person dinner 馃檪 You run between the rolling pin and the mold, fill, press, peel off, it takes much longer than the classic, cut squares. It's worth oiling the molds, and smear them with oil (or sprinkle with flour) before applying the pasta, it will be easier to remove them from the mold. Once I forgot and had a nasty cleaning 馃槺
