Reminiscing Summer and Spicy Fun with a Cauldron

I recently found myself missing my garden plot, and with it, the cauldron. Such a memory - this summer I decided to make spring rolls at the plot, which we often do, know how to, and enjoy. However, the scale of this undertaking became apparent when suddenly everything that is usually at home had to be transported to the field. Three sauces, chicken, tofu, knives, cutting boards, spices, vegetables, greens, bowls, they all joyfully went with us.
It turned out okay, but the logistics spoiled all the fun. I'm not saying 'never again', but next time I'm ordering transport from IKEA, they will bring those containers for everything 馃檪
In culinary terms, we have here chicken and tofu from the cauldron. Tofu in vegetables and soy sauce, chicken in spices and yogurt, marinated for 12 hours. We also have a million plates, little free space, and a tired chef in my person 馃槑
