Risotto with Shrimp - Let's Keep Going

Another attempt at risotto and Italian cuisine, where simplicity is key. Classic risotto is so good that it's surprising other versions even exist 馃槑, but they do. My version today includes shrimp, bell pepper, parmesan, and parsley.

And turmeric, mainly for the yellow color. The dish is very good, although I wouldn't add bell pepper a second time, it unnecessarily complicated the flavor profile. I didn't expect this, as this combination works well in Asian dishes, but here, in a simple dish, it doesn't 馃憥

Shrimp with garlic, risotto with wine and broth. Arborio rice, the last remnants of parmesan.
