Cabbage and carrot have known each other for a long time, mainly from salads. But having a carrot with a nice green top and Chinese cabbage, I was far from making a salad and decided to experiment. This is an appetizer, the Chinese cabbage is roasted and very juicy.

Its juiciness comes from the fact that the cabbage is porous and between its leaves you can put a lot of spices and marinade. The carrots are also roasted, brushed from time to time with sesame oil with honey. On top of all this, so that no one complains that there is no protein, I laid pieces of fried tofu with spices.
