Root vegetables are a blast, especially when there's no access to good vegetables. If you like them crispy and evenly roasted, spread them evenly on the baking tray. In my case, the number of volunteers for this does not allow it and I have to stack one on top of the other.

They taste best after being marinated for a few hours - especially cauliflower gets extra style points then. I recommend adding a bit of sweet, honey or maple syrup can change this vegetable. But if there is not much time, like in today's photos, you can act with salt, paprika and oil, it will also work.
