Salad with Gorgonzola and Beetroot Chips

If you have a mandoline and figs, you can make a decent salad. With beetroot chips 😉 I mean, beetroot that has been fried and turns into chips after a while, especially when you forget about it on the pan.
It turns out that beetroot slices need to lie directly on the pan and fry for a while, so making a batch of chips is not very efficient. You can try in the oven, but they come out somewhat less juicy. Gorgonzola, of course, fits everywhere in the salad.
