Salad with Red Cabbage

I usually buy red cabbage when I plan to make kebabs 馃槑 And as with any cabbage, it turns out that about 10% of even the smallest head is enough, and something needs to be done with the rest. You can fry it, it turns out pretty good. You can also make a slaw, but the slaw was in the kebab, so again, you don't really feel like it. I then add it bit by bit to everything, and it turns out that it's also cool in combination with salad.
It's worth shredding the cabbage thinly, I use a mandolin for this and really thin setting. Here we have a salad, red cabbage, sesame, pickled cucumber, and a sauce based on sesame oil at the bottom. Salad dressings are a separate category because it's hard to please everyone in this matter. One day I will take on a broader description of the problem 馃檪
