Salsa for Nachos, or Whatever You Want

I've been going through a phase lately where if I buy something I like at the store, I immediately start wondering if I can make it myself. Here's a classic case - salsa for nachos, which I don't eat often, but when I do, I eat a lot. Turns out, not only can you make it yourself (which was rather predictable), but it's also 3x better than store-bought, and it's not even more expensive.
Tomatoes, finely chopped, fresh cilantro (does the job), a bit of hot pepper, squeezed lemon, and a clove of garlic. My dear friends, yes! This is the dish where you can use just one clove of garlic and you don't need any more! It exists, really, don't put in four, they'll overpower everything (yes, I've tried).
