Shakshuka, or something in that style

Available in breakfast spots, #shakshuka, is an uncomplicated dish. Tomatoes, eggs, bread to mop up... But as it is in the kitchen, simple is best, as long as we highlight this simplicity, not complicate it.
Canned tomatoes, diced, seasoned with garlic, onion and a hint of hot and smoked paprika - and this, when sensibly added, can do the job. Eggs are simply cracked in 馃檪 and moved around to create a yin-yang. Oh, cracking the eggs and cooking this dish doesn't make much sense - the sauce will start to sizzle, it will ruin the effect, and before the egg sets, we will already eat something else. After cracking the eggs, I recommend the oven and a careful eye, so as not to overcook the eggs.
