\"Mexican style\" is another one of the many interesting culinary epithets. Basically, if we add corn to a dish, and even worse, red beans, we have a \"Mexican style\" dish 馃嚥馃嚱 馃檪 I don't know how it would turn out with, let's say, a broth, but it might be worth checking out.

Either way, tomatoes with beans and corn taste good, especially when they are slightly spiced up. Here, in a version with groats and green parsley - filling, tasty and not very innovative, I recommend it when you have less time and ideas 馃檪

Oh, if you don't eat everything, you can make, listen, cutlets from the same set, suitable for the oven. Fry the tomatoes until the mass is thick and add some oil so they are not dry, as the oven tends to dry things out a lot.
