Sometimes You Just Need to Eat Pizza

The issue with homemade pizza is that it's supposed to be a quick dish. And of course, it can be, as there are recipes where the dough doesn't need to rise, you can just mix it, knead it, and start topping it. The problem is that this dough is just 'okay', 'it can do', 'good for homemade'. But supposedly, real pizza dough needs to rise.
The rising time varies in different recipes, but indeed, it matters. This dough rose for 3-4 hours, which for my patience in the kitchen is quite a long time 馃檭 but it turned out really good. Not that it's the best in the world, but it beats the quick ones hands down. The pizza itself, as usual at our place, comes with ingredients in bowls, because everyone complains that they don't eat this or that and you have to top it yourself.
