Paccheri is from the same series of less commonly encountered pastas. Wide tubes that flatten when cooked. They probably taste great stuffed, but they are also excellent with sauce.

Classically, of course, spinach, ricotta, parmesan, and pepper. Paccheri is a thick pasta, not a delicacy, you have to chew it and it's very filling. If you have time, make a salad to go with it 馃檪
