Spinach Tart

The tart, as usual, is on a shortcrust base, with any filling you like. Here, we have spinach, egg, yellow cheese, and sunflower seeds.

Adding an egg to the stuffing makes it more compact, it does not flow, and it cuts nicely. The rule is also such that however we arrange the stuffing and however it will present itself, sprinkling it with a layer of yellow cheese solves the problem, because every dish with yellow cheese on top looks extra 🙂
