Steak on Sweet Potato Puree, with Red Pepper and Pansy

I found this photo on my phone and I don't know why I didn't post it right away, because it's a nice and cool dish. This is a spring dish, from around April. I felt like making a minimalistic dish, and since I also felt like having meat, I decided to make a steak.
From what I remember, the steak turned out to be somewhat well-done, but not so much that the steak police would come after me. The steak here lies on a sweet potato puree, exceptionally sweet this time, hence slightly broken with pink pepper. The whole thing is drizzled with oil and decorated with a pansy (! ), which I got for this occasion straight from the balcony, as it turned out to be an edible flower.
