Sushi, with Salmon and (!) Eel!

We often make sushi, but sometimes we experiment with ingredients, especially after payday. If the paycheck is smaller, we use herring 馃檪 but when it happens to be larger, as happened to me, we head to Selgros for slices of eel for sushi. Eel is a mega good fish, I've always liked it a lot, but here's the surprise: either I was just unlucky, or it's always like this, but the eel slices have such hard, fatty edges that it's hard to eat.
I had to trim it quite a bit, although I suspect that I committed some monstrous sushi sin. Either way, the result was ok, and additionally, I managed to roll the sushi into a slightly different roll, which can be seen on the plate with vegetables. Not that it was supposed to turn out like that, but it turned out well 馃槍
