Sweet and Sour Udon Noodles with Pineapple

Sweet and Sour Udon Noodles with Pineapple

I bought ready-made udon noodles here, the ones for soup, but today it's not about soup. Pineapple always seemed a bit kitschy to me in savory dishes, because you know, amateurish, pizza with pineapple, Chinese with pineapple, chicken with pineapple.

For this reason, I think years have passed during which I did not add pineapple to dishes, and finally I missed it. It turned out cool, the guy is not that bad 馃檪 In combination with tofu, bell peppers, onion and bamboo (! ) it turned out really good.
