Sweet Potato, Roquefort, Pesto: A Fusion of Flavors

Lately, I find myself craving appetizers more than main dishes. Both in cooking and eating, it allows for more experimentation. For instance, you can try sweet potato, served with basil pesto and Roquefort cheese.

Due to the pesto, the dish is quite rich, although the baked sweet potato itself is not fatty. The dish is also easy to prepare, as after baking the sweet potato, you simply add the rest on top. I slightly hollowed out the sweet potato and put it back in the oven with all the toppings for a moment, but only briefly, just enough to slightly melt but not overpower the pesto ingredients. And honestly, after such an appetizer, it's hard to eat a second one 馃檪
