Sweet-Salty Tiramisu, with Cornflowers!

I bought a set of edible flowers, tried using them in dishes, but without much luck, it usually looked like someone sprinkled mud with pansies. I'll practice.
But as it turned out, the flowers are great for decorating desserts! Here we have the most ordinary tiramisu, with cornflower, which thanks to it ceased to be the most ordinary. Such a patent - I rarely make desserts, and even add salt 🧂 to them.
Usually in recipes for cakes, creams, meringues, etc. there is a 'Pinch of salt'.
For me, it's such a 'pinch', I would say, that you can taste. I added salt to the cream - and it was very clearly felt, in my opinion, it broke this mega sweetness of mascarpone in an additional way (not only with coffee). My guests were less alternative and did not need this flavor breaking 🙂
