Tart with Italian Dill

You can often find fresh Italian dill at Selgros. Once you make something good with it, it becomes a habit because it has a very distinctive flavor. It's a bit like anise, so it depends on your preference, but I like it.
I'm not sure how it would turn out if there was more of it and it dominated the dish. But I will find out. The tart is simple, with blue cheese, zucchini, potatoes, and of course, the main star. All drenched in a bechamel sauce.
