Tart with Pears, Nuts, and Gorgonzola Sauce

However, it definitely didn't taste average, it was really good.
Gorgonzola and pears have always been a pair, and the nuts complement them nicely. I'm not sure if spinach complements it just as well, but it's worth a try 馃ガ
The tart was very pear-like, sweetish, traditionally broken by the taste of gorgonzola. The pastry was crumbly enough to fall apart in a classic way, and there was a need to patch the holes by hand, the effect of which can be seen on the edges 馃崘
