Tofu Cheesecake with Raspberries

A tofu cheesecake, easily recognizable by the lumps of tofu in the mixture. No matter how much I blend, they are there, so I assumed that this is a kind of Rustic Tofu Cheesecake 👨🍳, that it's supposed to be like this and that the lumps add character. You can buy so-called Silken tofu, or Silky in our language, then there are no lumps.
Or have a better blender. Either way, a tofu cheesecake with lumps or without is a very good cake. Here with raspberries in the mixture, and raspberries on top. Raspberries and chocolate - no need to recommend.
