Tofu in Soy-Honey Glaze, with Groats

Tofu usually ends up somewhere in a sauce, in a stew, as a protein addition to other things. But listen, it doesn't have to. Well-marinated tofu is a good thing in itself.
Here a bit on the sweet side, somewhat Japanese-style, in soy sauce, with miso paste and (! ) honey. And it lay like this overnight, but if you want to play the main role, you have to lie down a bit. Served on groats, with chives, a great thing.
