Tofu - Orange Sauce, What a Power

We have a little gem here, namely: sauce. Orange juice and soy sauce at first glance really do match each other, but how much, you have to try for yourself. I didn't expect these flavors to complement each other so well, there's everything here, sour, sweet, salty, umami 馃敟 The proportions probably need to be adjusted to your taste - each of the components likes to dominate 馃檪
And then there's tofu, rolled in potato flour before frying - which gives us crispy effects.
Immersed in the aforementioned sauce, it makes sense like rarely ever. After adding tofu to the sauce, it's worth simmering it for a while and pouring it from the top, like in The Bear 馃惢
The sauce will definitely return - maybe to fish, maybe to meat, maybe to chickpeas. It has power! 鈿★笍
