Tofu Skewers

#MayWeekend - and when it's May weekend, it's time for the garden and grill. And when it's grill, it's also skewers. And if it's vegetarian, it's with tofu.
We marinate the vegetables a day earlier, I recommend it, although I rarely remember it myself. Tofu as well, but the marinade for tofu is thinner, so it soaks up, not coats (soy sauce and spices for example). And the next day, onto the sticks and grill.
