Vegetable Tart with Cheese Sauce

Tarts are always good, you can eat them cold, warm, or not at all. Here, the filling is vegetable-based, and the sauce is heavily cheesy.
Despite appearances, this is often a leftover dish - the tart will take everything, vegetables in the middle and cheese ends on top. And I realized that I have a 'Food' filter on my phone, which blurs what's outside the plate.
