These small, innocent wonders are agnolotti, made in quite a large quantity, due to a visit from friends who also cook quite well. This time they were stuffed with pumpkin and ricotta, and sage butter on top, and the sage this time was so lush at Selgros that it ended up in a decorative copper pot and in the photos.

Next time, I would season it better, as neither pumpkin nor ricotta are particularly explosive in flavor. Nonetheless, the whole dish was great, and I will certainly repeat this version.
